Station’s Statement of Responsibility:

By signing below, station acknowledges receipt of the current IHSAA Rules and Regulations and the current IHSAA Media Credential Information (IHSAA Policies) and agrees that the conduct of the Station will conform to the IHSAA Policies. Station agrees to abide by all IHSAA rules and regulations regarding the audio and/or text play-by-play transmitting of IHSAA Tournament Series Events and agrees to prohibit advertising of political, controversial or lewd issues or in the following categories: gambling, tobacco, lottery, alcoholic beverages, firearms, professional sports teams (football, girls and boys basketball) or related products or businesses whose primary purpose is the sale of such products, during the transmission of an IHSAA Tournament Series Event, including the pregame or postgame of the actual transmission. Station takes full responsibility for the professional conduct of its writers and announcers employed or contracted for the Tournament Series Event. Station recognizes that all Broadcast Rights Fees paid at the time of this form submittal are non-negotiable and non-refundable. Station shall indemnify and hold the IHSAA and its officers, directors, employees and agents, harmless from and against all claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of any act or omission of Station, any breach by the Station of any of its representations or warranties to or agreements with the IHSAA, or any infringement by Station of any right or interests of the IHSAA. Station agrees that any license or right granted by the IHSAA may be terminated by the IHSAA for a violation of Station‘s representations or warranties to or agreements with the IHSAA, any infringement by Station of any right or interests of the IHSAA or any violation of the IHSAA Policies.
